BROWNIE x APEROL TWIST

A BIT OF SWEET. A BIT OF SOUR. WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE?!
Pair our DROPS Aperol Twist with the gooiest chocolatey brownie...so that there's something for the kids, and something for you.

YOU'LL NEED:
BROWNIE
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
1 1/8 cup of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of coconut oil (or olive oil)
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
200 grams of milk and dark chocolate pieces
FOR YOU:
330 ml DROPS Aperol Twist
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Lightly grease a square 8-inch baking pan with coconut oil or olive oil.
Combine warm melted butter, oil and sugar in a bowl and whisk for two minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and whisk for another minute.
Take a break and have a sip of DROPS Aperol Twist for three minutes.
In the bowl, fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold into wet ingredients but do not beat or whisk vigorously.
Fold in milk and dark chocolate pieces.
Pour batter into the greased baking pan, even out smoothly. Place pan in the oven.
Bake brownies for about 25 - 30 minutes or until center is soft but firm to touch.
Take out of the oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes before serving.
Cut into squares and enjoy with the rest of your Aperol Twist.
